At The CodeX Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

Important Note:

  • No refund will be issued if a student has viewed even one lecture of a course
  • In case of cancellation before viewing any lectures, the amount will be credited to the student's wallet
  • Wallet credits can be used to purchase other courses on our platform
  • Once a second lecture is viewed, the invoice cannot be canceled

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final once course content has been accessed
  • Refunds are not provided for courses where any lecture has been viewed
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

2. Wallet Credit

In cases where cancellation is requested before any lecture is viewed:

  • The full amount will be credited to your wallet
  • Wallet credits can be used to purchase any other course on our platform
  • Wallet credits do not expire

3. Processing Time

For eligible refunds (wallet credits):

  • Processing may take 5-7 business days refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 5-7 working days
  • You will receive email confirmation once processed

4. How to Request

To request a cancellation (before viewing any lectures):

  1. Email us at support@thecodexacademy.com with your order details
  2. Include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
  3. We will process your request within 48 hours
